- Colonel Gumm was created by William Dozier, Charles Hoffman and Oscar Rudolph for the Batman 1966 TV Series. In 2014, DC and Dynamite co-published a limited series called Batman '66 Meets The Green Hornet, which had Colonel Gumm as the main villain, this time he was reimagined by Kevin Smith, Ralph Garman and Ty Templeton.
