Frost Giants were a tall creature, resembling a human.
There was once a curse put on a man who then transformed into a Jotunn, and after he was killed by Bjarte, Bjarte became the Frost Giant. After Red Sonja had fought and killed Bjarte, her guide ran into the cave, looking for treasure, so she trapped him inside, so he became the new Frost Giant.
