Stan Lee is the current chairman emeritus of Marvel and has worked for Marvel as a writer, working with Steve Ditko, Jack Kirby and John Romita. He has also worked for DC and has created other projects outside of the comic industry such as Stan Lee's Superhumans and Lucky Man.
Stan has also appeared in most Marvel related films and TV shows and considers himself as the "King of Cameos". He also had an extensive cameo in Mallrats, a film directed and created by Kevin Smith and had an appearance in Mark Hamill's Comic Book: The Movie.
